Zagotovo je cesta iz \u0160kocjana v Koper \u017ee obstajala pred letom 1269, oziroma ve\u010d let pred tem. Na epigrafu, ki ga je dal zapisati koprski kapitan Mario Morossini, je cesta iz \u0160kocjana v Koper \u017ee omenjena. Preden so naredili nasip in pravo cesto, so okoli\u0161ki kmetje in me\u0161\u010dani, v mo\u010dvirje in plitvo morsko dno, na traso bodo\u010de ceste zlagali veje dreves, dra\u010dje in druge materiale, da so lahko pe\u0161 in z tovorno \u017eivino lahko s kopnega pri\u0161li v mesto na otoku in z njega. To je bila edina pot na otok, ki je obstajala vsaj 200 let preden so zgradili pravo cesto na nasipu. Zato, da me ne bo kdo spra\u0161eval kje so vrata Mude, sem stavbo pred vrati &#8220;poru\u0161il&#8221; zbrisal in vstavil vrata Mude z delom ohranjenega obzidja.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Naslednji ohranjen zapis, ki omenja cesto iz \u0160kocjana (Canzano) v mesto je iz leta 1278. Bene\u010danska republika je naro\u010dila \u0161tudijo o najprimernej\u0161em mestu za gradnjo trdnjave (Levjega gradu). \u0160tudija je bila zaupana Tommasu Gritti e Pietru Gradenigo in zapis njunih ugotovitev se je ohranil. Na sliki vidimo most ki je preko kanala povezoval cesto z mestnimi vrati. Razglednica restavrirana in obarvana s pomo\u010djo UI.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>V kak\u0161nem stanju je bila cesta v tistih \u010dasih, je zapisal Pier Paolo Vergerio starej\u0161i: \u2026 \u201cest unus angustus per terram transitus, foetides sunt paludes limo terrae acquae salsae commisto, quae ex continuo iterantium motu tetrum odorem exhalunt, tametsi strata lapidibus est via, sed non satis diligenter, aut artificiose communita\u201d\u2026 Iz mesta proti kopnem vodi zelo ozek prehod, obkro\u017een s trohne\u010dim blatnim mo\u010dvirjem, pome\u0161anim s slano vodo, od kjer prihajajo neprijetne vonjave, za vse tiste mno\u017eice mimoido\u010dih na cesti. Cesta je zelo ozka in tlakovana s kamnitimi plo\u0161\u010dami, a bolj povr\u0161no, z veliko neravninami. Ker je bila cesta preozka, so, kasneje, raz\u0161irili nasip in cesto na njem, a ni bila ve\u010d tlakovana, temve\u010d posuta s steptano zemljo pome\u0161ano z gramozom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po izgradnji Levjega gradu, so uporabniki ceste iz \u0160kocjana v Koper, morali, vsaj na za\u010detku, pre\u010dkati 3 mostove. Namre\u010d Levji grad in cesto sta povezovala, vhodni in izhodni most. Podatek ki ga navaja AI, GPT in Microsoftov Bing, leto 1829, je seveda napa\u010den. Napa\u010den je tudi podatek za leto 1827, kot ga navaja Wikipedija (tako je pisalo 12.10.2025). V\u010dasih smo celo ljubiteljski raziskovalci zgodovine bolj natan\u010dni in zaupanja vredni kot Umetna inteligenca in Wikipedija. \u010ceprav nam je UI (AI) v veliko pomo\u010d ji \u0161e ne moremo popolnoma zaupati, saj je \u0161e rosno mlada in se \u0161e u\u010di od nas ljudi, seveda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nih\u010de ne ve, oziroma ni znano katerega leta je bilo mesto Koper prvi\u010d povezano s cesto.
