V petdesetih in \u0161estdesetih je imelo avtomobil mogo\u010de 10 % dru\u017ein, osli in njih vozi\u010dki so \u0161li v pozabo, tako da je na cestah prevladoval avtobusni promet. Prvi &#8220;avtobusi&#8221;, posebno na relacijah po istrskih vaseh so bili kamioni s cerado opremljeni z vzdol\u017enimi klopmi in po kon\u010dani, \u0161e tako kratki vo\u017enji si bil poln prahu od makadamskih cest, rit pa te je bolela od stalnega poskakovanja. No, imam pa tudi lepe spomine na takratne, sicer kasnej\u0161e avtobuse. Ko sem se vozil v sredini \u0161estdesetih v Ljubljano v \u0161olo so vozili na tej relaciji Mercedesi katerih komfort lahko sedaj samo sanjamo. Na prvi sliki vidimo postajali\u0161\u010de iz sredine petdesetih let, z napisom podjetja ADRIA, preden je postalo Slavnik. Na drugi imamo samo avtobusno \u0161e starej\u0161ega datuma &#8211; leto 1952 &#8211; saj niso niti napisa ADRIA \u0161e postavili. Tudi avtobus je iz tistega obdobja.
